Private Classes
Vinyasa I
Vinyasa 1 allows yogis of all abilities to explore and deepen their practice. As students gently flow through sun salutations, standing & seated poses, twists, backbends and inversions, focus is on learning proper alignment to prevent injury and using breath as personal guide. Modifications and variations of poses are given to allow yogis ample opportunity to practice at their own level.
Vinyasa II
Vinyasa II is a faster-paced class for yogis with a good foundation in the basics. Through creative sequencing and pose variations, this high-energy class keeps students in motion as they integrate breath and movement.
Candlelight Yoga
In a candle-lit room with soft music, this practice is designed to be your own. This Vinyasa session offers less instruction and places emphasis on building a personal, peaceful, internally focused practice. Each class includes physical practice, breathwork and meditation in a supportive community atmosphere.
Slow Flow
A meditative, uplifting and nurturing class for students preferring less rigorous Vinyasa sequences. Poses are held longer, allowing students to deepen into their fullest expression while building strength and flexibility. Class focus is on breath, body alignment and meditative relaxation.
