About Karoline

A certified Vinyasa teacher (RYT 200), Karoline finds peace and joy through the beauty, grace and power of coordinating movement and breath through her physical yoga practice. She is a playful and nurturing teacher with a particular emphasis on protecting the body with proper alignment. Responsive to student needs, Karoline’s classes range from gentle to vigorous and everything in between.
Karoline’s style is very grounding — students learn to recognize and use their natural strength, giving them the confidence and freedom to grow their practice at their own pace. She has professionally studied the application of yoga as an adjunct therapy for stress, anxiety, and depression-related symptoms and integrates many of these principles and insights into her teachings.
When not on the mat Karoline can be found computering away as technical consulting partner at havahula.org with her husband, Frank.
